Go to top of page & click on FORUM, then scroll down slowly &
on your left you will see MAIN FORUM. Next to this you will see
several options; CABLE SAT etc.
Click on CABLE & that will show all cable box categories

Hi can anyone help me?I juz got a DM500 scv box. Some of the channels canot be view. It will prompt out "pls insert the smartcard". I thought it doesn't need any card. Why is this happening to my box?pls guide me to the solution if you know. Tks!
