Please help it says "Service Unavailable, Check Tuner Configurations!"

    hey, thanks for that..i Think it may be burnt by the looks of it..is there any way i could get a replacement for this?

        FFS lad that looks bad mine runs 24 /7 never been turned off in 2 years ,but it hasent seen heat like that
        Looks like it may beyond repair ,mother board may be have had heat as well
        Only way to try is lob another in ,but will cost you 30 notes off the bay
        Or 15 overseas and a very long wait ,Good Luck with it ........Paul

            Unplug the tuner circled in red and clean the contact points with a cloth and spirit, reinsert back. It may help.
            U may hv to unscrew out d back panel b4 u can access the Tuner module.

                    You can source for just the cable tuner at the "Tiong Hua" sites like the one with the 40 thieves. Believe they sell just tuners

                            You got the box from sungei road flea market??? Look like it was under rain & shine lor. Or sumone pour drink into the box to be in such condition.

                            Normal household use should never end up in such state.

                            You will have alot of cleaning to do. Might have some short-circuit somewhere within.

                                i got few cable tuners with issues, but able to scan all the channels but reception array very bad, causing jittering..
                                I can give the tuner for free, to test if the board is ok before you get a new tuner replacement.
