800hd scanning for channels

well the keys etc should be in the right place now
have you tryed downloading the newest mgcamd
on what ever image your using

no m8 E2 images are different m8 will not work from an E1 image
there is a program called dreambox edit v3.0 in the downloads which might help
setup bouquets

cheers, just done a scan again cus i didnt have sky sports 1 and, it only found 18 channels this time??? weird

figured out why, i have to select yes on on network search but then push ok on that option.

still cant get skysports 1

did you try 666 again were you put 411 in
or did that not work at all

inv auto
fec 3/4
no network search
this is from my ntl area

or for your main
search for all channels
try 667
check your coaxil in the back maybe sensitive to a bit of movement
i had this on my dm7025
just a thought

that worked just missing sky one and sky sports 2 and espn. where do you find the info from?

put it on a certain channel goto menu>information>service>transponder
probally the same on your dm500

And also where do I get the keys and scce files.

hi mate, i didnt use cable file, just the scan. you need to check your area frequency and do exactly as the instructions say.
