Hi

Got a HQK3388 digital box, any brothers know how to get the world cup channel and upgraded channel like 102 cos the box is still using the whole channel listing.

Select QAM-256, and individually scan the common frequency bands.
Remember to save setting after exiting the setup menu.

Thanks for your advice.Try out your steps but cant get it rite.
The problem now is that i can only watch local channel and all in the previous setting like 02 for channel 5.
Those cable TV program when i switch to channel it will be blank and no sound coming out.
I suspect that maybe my smart card is block or?

Like what the bro mention below , no place to key in the password channel edit.

Any other advices you can offer.

Sorry!!! I am recalling the HQK3388 menu based on my memory, its a long time since I meddle with such unit.

Its not under Channel Edit, It should be under Channel Scan, or something to do with Channel Scanning.

Select the Manual scan!!
DO_NOT_AUTOSCAN!!!

If the older channel is still viewable, u don't need a new AUCard to view World Cup channels.

I can help you with AUCARD for HQK3388 / HQK6633 / FY901C / 2010 / AA898.

Sorry, I don't have DM900C-II AUCARD.

Like i mention, i cannot watch any cable channel on this box with existing card. All the screen is blank when i switch to the cable channel.
Can only watch the local TV channel.

So to say maybe my card is faulty or being block.

I did a rescan on my HQK3388 & now all the channels are gone. Can you help?

Guys I had the same model ,the channels are all mess up,can i used dreamup to fix this.
experts any ideas?
