All DM900CII user that did a Master Reset and unable to view channels, Come In

After master reseting my DM 900-c
I have entered the pin and rescan for all channels. but i still unable to get C&I channel
any idea on how can i get it?
my freq is 308 ~ 698
but what does the symbol 6.875Mbaud do?
do i need to configure that?

C&I is at Freq 346000MHz, Symbol 6875, QAM 256

However, after scanning, I can't seem to get History Channel, BBC Knowledge and Celestial Classic movies. It just says no signal. Am I doing anything wrong? Hopefully some bros can shed some light. Thanks in advance.

Scanning FREQ should start with 306MHz ~ 698MHz

YUP.. i have done that. but i think that my box skip some channels, so i just need to find back a few more channels.

Thanks for all the help. I did a scan based on the above mentioned frequencies but to no avail. Can any bro advice? Any possibility that box is faulty or card problem?

You mentioned you don't have 'History Channel, BBC Knowledge and Celestial Classic movies'. They are all in frequency 354MHz. Try to do a manual scan on frequency 354MHz. If you cannot receive any channel after scan, that mean your box tunner faulty on freq 354MHz. This happen to my friend box as well. Time to buy new box.

I am also having the same problem, I lost some 10 channels on 474MHz except Granada TV. I can still receive Granada but not the rest like Thrill, Warna TV, SuperSports Arena, tvN, KIX etc. Are all these channels sharing the same freq with Granada TV or they are on another freq?

I only encounter the entire frequency is dead before. But as you mentioned you can receive Granada channel that sound funny. Those channels you mentioned are in frequency 474MHz.
