DM500 DM500 CII (INSERT SMART CARD)

Dear Bro & masters,

my previous thread got deleted as i really a newbie. Din know what i was doing. Hence, my apologies.

I'm from Singapore with a DM500 CII box. Was enjoying the tv when half of mine SH channels went missing one day.

My box does not come with a smartcard. yet it ask me to insert smartcard. Is there any expert or pros out there who can help me. I was barely enjoying the channels for a month.

i wish to bring back all the channels. I understand there a couple of ways after reading some threads. like keying the key or linking up with Computer etc.

Please please, tell me what i should do. I'm really a newbie. I don't even know what image or null is?

Hi guys, I'm having the same prob with my CM500 - CIV set. But when i key in 9701, it doesn't go to the screen to key in the code, what should I do? thanks in advance guys!

Hey Thanks to Bro Simon & DreamerDVB. I got my all channels back jus by keying the keys. Din know it was that easy.

But the things now is that my channels number got mess up. Not sure y. Any chances of getting it back or upgrade my numbers to those 3 digit type?

thanks DreamerDVB and Ryanlim sharing the code, it now works a like charm~~!! I have no problem for my channel number because it is in old format (2 digit type) even i key in the code. Anyway hope somebody to guide you to get back the 3 digit channel number haha!!

If your box is DM500C,You should install auto keys update to solve this problem in future.
