Please do not ask for more. Your box are not as flexible like actual DM500C hence no way you can have it in 3-digit numbering.

Unless the chinese maker for this box realise their mistake & come out with a new firmware to make this possible. For now, this box do not leave empty space between channels.

thanks DreamerDVB and Ryanlim sharing the code, it now works a like charm~~!! I have no problem for my channel number because it is in old format (2 digit type) even i key in the code. Anyway hope somebody to guide you to get back the 3 digit channel number haha!!

I have gave away two DM500C ii and my friends sms that they are having problem again after the new codes changed on 8/2/11. This time, the green LED light is not lighted and both boxes are not able to view the FTA channels with "no signal" error message appeared.

Bro no green Led light? No FTA channel? It gone case.....

Theres possibility, as my friend previous DM500C. 2 set at one go brick on the same day.One in the living rm the other in masterbed rm.Nothing unusual,the 2 box suddenly go blank. I try to flash working image but doesnt response.The box is only 2month old. I suspect both adapter fail to control the current flow and result, over supply and the box over heated.
As yours i believe is more than 6month,and i believe you have check every possible ways to make your box alive,if not you wont come here and ask for help right?

I have not yet trying to recover them as the boxes are still with my friends. U could be right as it is un-usual not be able to watch the FTA channels even there is a codes changes. If the green LED is not lighted, it could be a sign of hardware problem. Will get them back and try to do a full auto channels re-scan, change the boxkey e.t.c and see if I can solve the problem.

Anyone here using DM500C ii can confirm if there is any codes changes on 15/03/11 that affecting your set up box? It is clear that there is a hardware problem if there is no change of codes lately after 8/2/11.

Theres no change of code/key lately fyi. You dont need to change boxkey as dm500cII is cardless. Unless yours come with aucard.Than that will be dm900c.

Bro, I really confused. My set is confirm DM500 CII as stated on the front panel but come with NagraVision Card. Recently only receive FTA channel. Some bro mention its DM900. What ever it is how to solve the problem? If can convert to cardless even better.

Hi bro if your card other than kawang/king card,suspect expired. You need kawang/king card and your problem solve.
