hi just flashed commando 11 image , gone in to network to find my ip addy to ftp but its not there any help thanls

1) the IP is in the documentation included with the image.
2) did u go into 'view active network settings' ? it will be there.

did this but says inactive

went in to test network found ip addy but says unreachable socker error could this be it

u connecting via a router or straight to the PC/laptop?

i had the same problem
but if you look in the commando post's
paphosal posted the way round this little problem

its under command 11

once you have it up and running there is nothing like it
crisp clear and very stable

i have looked in personalization , i dont see it

the image is running a treat
but i need to find screen settings to shift from 4.3 to 16.9 or auto-detect something like that
as the picture is a bit small on my screen..

The Image is crisp the clarity of the picture is great the speed of loading and changing the channels is lightning surly this Image deserves a Diamond Medal Just a little question to anyone out there got the Image working.
I have transferred ROM's and keys to this image they are all up to date and find that I can't go beyond FTA channels any idea or suggestion would be help full Guys. Cheers.

Well I didn't silly me. I will go ahead and do it soon I get home later as I am in a friend's house now.

hi finally got my dbox ftp with my pc transfered magic files over rebooted and only got fta , **** sake took me all afternoon to get this far need big help plz or i rebooted it does this make any diffrence plus how do u chmod 755 evocam

By popular demand (and now that I have a decent lcd tv to test with, instead of my 13 year old 4:3 heap of shite)- C11 was released with Video format default of Auto Detect to suit most tellies in use these days.

If you want to change this to 4:3PS, 4:3LB, or 16:9 - like I already said, you press dbox > Settings > 1 (which is Video) and change format in that menu!! It's on the fly- no reboot needed- but DO save settings with the Red button when you exit back to the main Settings menu...
