Eurovox EX5100 PVR Firmware 16/01/09

ex5100pvr problem

Having difficulty with the ex5100.

My previous box (eurovox maxV) is great and works file

Got a new ex5100 but most channels are scrambled

I know I have to put in the latest keys, however
1) Menu->Yellow Button does not bring up the Key Entry Menu
2) Language -> 1968 does not bring up the key list menu

Can anyone advise if this firmware will fix this problem?

not got one of these m8 got ex5000pvr so thinkin it's same to work remove hdd do factory reset the flash it with firmware & rescan for channels

could one of you guys please advise me of where to buy a splitter and one of those power surge things that screw onto cable. they are for my virg med original reciever . hopefully i can then have this to my other tv upstairs. thankyou jon.

No it wont work, why would you try using it when the ex5000 firmware is readily available in downloads?.

well if you had posted earlier when Father ted told you to in shoutbox, you would have access to d/loads by now. you have to wait for server to update. try again in about 10 mins
