EX1100 061109 Beta Firmware

Just done fastscan on eurovox 1100 but all it comes up with is basic channels, shows in menu all sky etc but come out scrambled. Anyone shed any light on what to do, may I need to load new software if so how.

Hi m8, before you can view any pay channels you have to load the latest firmware to box.
Load this firmware to your box and then re scan using the correct SY for your provider.

will the rs232 loader also have the epg fix and if not can i flash it with rs232 loader and than the latest (usb) epg fix

Im still having problem with the EPG after the 061109 update.

It only updates once you are on a channel. :-(

Me to..
There are alot of plus point with this latest firmware though.
1-Box boots up in 1 second instead of 5 seconds previously.
2-The little bit of EPG that updates is not lost after switching box of.
Here's hoping a permanent EPG fix comes before x-mas..

Same here i have just updated with the 6/11 update, but still only shows epg when on the channel.

cannot see any difference myself. still losing epg when switch off.

My mistake....forgot to factory reset.

Now keeping the EPG when I turn off, and standby off and on very quick. I assume the tuner is staying connected, hence keeping the epg. still slow to update EPG, but definately a step forward.

It seems this is not great on TW, but is an improvement on NTL. When you report feedback, can you state which network you are on - it helps them to know

Remember to do a factory reset after loading, then check that virtual standby is ON

there was no difference for me also the box keeps rebooting itself with both the recent fixes, im in TW.
pls geta fix asap. the freezing is still there iv tried evrything to stop that even put a blanket over it

Hi Just bought the 1100 and have downloaded both the beta and the Nov 6 firmware. Do I go straight for the Nov patch or should I first do the beta and then the Nov update?

I found this F/W seemed to cause picture freezing with no improvement in EPG.Reverted back to previous

hi, i tried the new firmware but seemed the same. tried deleting channels to re scan. but now 0% and not picking channels up. how do i load the channels back on?? ta dan
