erm, i dont think its possible for anyone to know how to get it back on.
the networks down from virgins side so it don't matter how you tweak your box. if there's no signal, there's no signal

I'm in Leeds and can not beleive wots happenin... all channels had gone of apart from freeview, but E4, Sky 1, 2, 3, living and a few other channels have come back on. Wot does this mean, is Leeds going to come back on or not?

ask virgin as its there issue,you just have to wait,when they sort it,you will be sorted.

dont know about other members, when shit happens, all the new people or people who only come here when they need the new software, and dont give nowt back, dont read any previous posts that tell you the problem, really peeee me off.

Oh and the channels that have gone, ie sports, movies etc all ask me to insert card...

a message came up on my tv screen from virgin on sunday evening saying it was going to cut me off and i must get in touch with them for a proper package. then lo and behold on monday turned tv on and all i had was 3 radio channels. anyway i went to bed because it was late. came home on tuesday and done a scan and everything was up and running again. i did'nt even have to re-boot the system with firmwear ,just scanned it and bingo . don't panic

People must stop panicing and stop reseting your boxes or playing around with them or you will end up needing to install the firmware again . get a grip
I spoke to some guy in india who said it was thier problem and said it should be up and running at 10.30 tonight . and then i asked him about this card that supposably they sent out where is mine.he said it was in the post. they dont really know whats going on over their in india only what they get told from the chiefs .they could be out to get people. who nows well lets hope its fine .
