no signal on eurovox

hi
im new to this but im in glasgow and my eurovox box says no signal on quite a few channels! please help !!!

Hi dev and welcome to DK. There is a lot of upgrading work being carried out atm and a lot of the channels have been moved to different frequencies.
To get the channels back, do a clear date/factory reset and a deep/power scan using the correct symbol rate for your area/provider.

I think your SR will be 6.887.
What box model you got?
If you go into menu system>config ther you will find the reset info.

i think its the max (2007) i couldnt do reset as it was only giving birmingham and edinburh (TW) so i have changed the sr to the code you said and now doing a deep scan

OK re scan using SR 6.952
Has the box had the latest firmware installed or were you inputting co*es manually?

Not 100% sure on this old box but try in box 1 and 00000 in rest.

does it matter what the channel number says ? mines is staying at ch num 0001

we r in Fife and very few channels either. done a factory reset, full powerscan and still no sky sports, sky 1 etc...please post if you manage to resolve the issue. No old firm game for us !!
