we had trouble like this a few weeks ago but eventually managed to pick up channels again after a few days...I wouldn't go buying a new box just yet.

Dont give up so easly m8. If the box was working before and has only lost some channels a scan usually brings them back.
Where are you stuck now?

Its defo all messed up - got some channels now but all named wrong. Bravo is BBC1, etc

m8, have you checked to make sure the emulation is enabled?

Are you able to view FTA channels?
