Does anyone know if there is or is going to be a HD version of Eurovox Max-V?

Spoke to a guy at dvbjunkieuk.com and he said he's getting a HD cable box from Eurovox as a tester next week, and they'll be available in the new year, with prices TBA.
I'm holding off until then and will get one or two.

Hi all

Thanks for answering just what i was hoping for, another question when the new box arrives, will it work just like older versions? but this time pick up HD channels, and if so does anyone know how many HD channels are actually out there which the receiver could pick up??

1. Will this pick up channels that arent HD?
2. I see its PVR ready via USB (from the pic) is this different from the Eurovox 5000PVR?
3. Does it have 2 tuners for recording a program on a different channel than the channel your currently watching?

If the box isnt HDMI v1.3 then this is really poor.

Corrected, the EX7000 HD+ is for cable and the EX8000 HD+ is for satellite.

Doesnt really matter m8 as the bit rates used by the CC's will never be that high on any broadcast platform. All these added features would also have to be streamed that way which they wont. 1.3 yes its much better but no noticeable difference for our purposes.

Ive kinda got my eye on 1 of these the only 2 points that are holding me back is the fact that it hasnt got twin tuners,(running the box pvr twin tuner at the mo) and the actual lack of HD channels on Vmedia.
In fact does anyone know if they plan on rolling out anymore channels?
