    Every 12 months I call VM to see if they can better the deal I'm on (see below), most times they either provide a free upgrade or take off a few pounds, worth a try.

    But I called last week and got the fright of my life, not only did they know of the all the deals around (hence no room to haggle) but also knew how much I was downloading for the last two month and what max speed BT could offer. He had all the cards lined up.

    When speaking to a mate of mine he use to do the same with Sly but over the last few months there have been no offers on the table

      na, trust me m8 vermin only know the basics of wot sly offer peeps, when i phoned for a better deal whitch wasant that long ago vermin gave me a load of speal about sly deals and wot they intail, like oh sly cant pull 20mg bb down a phone line and so on and so on, in the end i thought oh ~~~~ this i will tell them iam off to sly coz i know i can get a better deal with them, the moral of this strory is dont let vermin ~~~~ u off with nothing be persistant and argue the toss they will give in if they think there goin to loose u to sly trust me...

      A LITTLE THANX GOES A LONG WAY

          I pay ?21.50 for 10mb/s BB (?1.50 of that is the paper bill) but no telly, phone or bugger all else... how did you do that?

            ?28 a month, m, 10mbs bb, free calls up to 59mins.......most the bill has been is ?32.oo, that includes paper bill

              If you have a contract with vm cancel it (1 month notice)wait 2 weeks retentions will phone you with good deal then you will have vm by the balls then just squeeze them balls and see what you can get out of them.
