Im having problems with this cable to, i have the disc but windows cant find driver? hmm will try one of these many suggestions cheers all!

having great trouble down loading driver am running on xp and maplins ars useless and i cannot seem to find the manufacture websit either- please help- am not think but am pretty new to this computer lark

My device work fine before, after i remove and plug in again the device notice Not Recognize and Unknown device, i'm use win vista home premium edition, does the driver work for me??

I have a similar problem, I got it installed, but when I am opening STBlink, and trying to connect, I get a connection error. Any ideas please?

I had the same problem with usb to serial cable i hawe tried all i found here, so i found drivers so i use. tried in Vista buisness,
Xp pro X32 rar file include WINXP64

WIN98SE&ME&2K& XP &2003, MAC OS X, Win_Vista,

Hi Guys

I am new to this site and seem to be having the same problems as most on here. i recently purchased a nikkai USB to serial for my laptop running xp and cant seem to get the driver to install properly.

when i put the disc in just opens up with 3 files. i have tried connecting the USB cable and then tried to install this way and it says it cant locate the necessary software.

I know i need to post before i can download any of the drivers i just dont understand why the driver maplin provide does not work. hopefully once i download one of the drivers it will work

are you sure you are using a null modem cable and not a standard serial cable..

having a go at posting on here to try another drive !!
tried a few and the usb serial device can talk to my Megasquirt ecu, but loses data and doesn't always send the info as it should.

drivers didn't want to work, had to use some older prolific ones from '07, not sure why they didn't work, but showed up a code 10 fault in device manager.
