May be a stupid question, but which codes do you use from the keygen?

The keys you use are the whatever your old supplier name was, so TW KEYS is for if your supplier was TELEWEST

CW if you were cable&wirless and so on.

If you click on the forum list at the top left hand side of this page, then pick
the make of your box, you should find a post on how to key in the keys with your remote.

My Eurovox keeps saying updating too.This Started this morning.Usually my box updates itself,but today it wont update....Is this Normal...? I only bought it 6 weeks ago...With me getting ALL channels I assume my box has been flashed.....!!!

Can anyone tell me if my box has been flashed...?
How can you tell...?

If my box has been flashed...With this problem now..DO I have to find the new flash program update...?

Your box has been flashed with an image, this is what you can see on the screen. It is the keys folder within the image which people are talking about, so it's not the image which needs updating it's the keys.

Strange. Ex-CW keys have changed but key 1 only has 15 characters

if you click in the key 01 box (within keymaster) and then ctrl v into notepad or word it will paste the full key set - the last digit is "2"

When you are on a line press OK then the line gets highlighted (sort of gets zoomed with a cursor on it) now move using left / right arrow keys
And then use up/down arow key to enter a text ... it is bit tiring but works ...
I am not sure about the PVR .. I have a EV ultra and I did it this way ...

Starview owners seem to be able to use the re,blue, green, yellow keys to enter the ABCDE Hex values but that does not work on mine either? If there are any other owners of out there of THE Box PVR (twin tuner) who have managed to update their keys, could you ether PM me or post in this thread.

Woo Hoo finally updated my C+W codes manually and all works fine again! Hope there is a fix soon though

yes same so thx for your help last night - refresh wasnt working on keymaster but closed it reopened and had new cw keys - nobody could help with the correct provider key for cw though which was a little frustrating, but managed to get it from another forum last night - so working in yorkshire now and thx devilfish - yes I did go back and read through as many forums as possible and was self learning quickly after the advice - keep up the good work!

Starview PVR. Went to System, Parental Control, then pres i 2007, this takes you into the Nagravision area where you can enter the codes. Entered the codes manually from the software (keys dated 27/11/08), and it still does not display the pictures, any ideas?

be patient, if you are that worried about no TV then I may suggest to phone up Sky and get their subscription, full package with Movie and Sports 50 quid

like me, I have a full Sky package (together with cable) so this little shennanigan by Virgin Media doesnt effect me that much.
