in LEEDS and other areas they have moved channels to a new encryption called nagra 3 which there is no fix=no viewable channels.
I have the channels. They have just moved and all under the Ch5000 but with different names such as TV409 E
etc. I cant get them in the correct order either.
So is there definately no fix for this then?

factory reset 0000 to delete,any splitters remove first,auto scan your provider names not numbers of channels come up,then emu to on.
no fix for nagra 3 for any cable box if it is on your provider.
Thanks cactikid. I have done all of the above but still no fix. My provider is Virgin and I have no idea what nagra 3 is? I have had this box for approx 3 years now and it has only gone off once before this time. I fixed it previously from links from this site. v4000 and downloader 10 back in Dec2007/ Jan 2008 . Sorry if this sounds confusing. It is to me.
Any more help or am I beyond repair?
you have a silver digivox by the sound of it,the last firmware was v4300 ,which is on a link or 2 in previous posts.
nagra 3 is a new encryption to stop viewing on these and other boxes,once it is put on all channels and all providers there will bo nothing to view,at the moment no fix for nagra 3
Thanks cactikid. So what are my options? Download v4300 or replace the box for a newer version? As stated earlier, I have all the channels, they are just muddled up and un-named and emu 1004 set up etc does not fix it.
not a time for box buying,try a factory reset after a day or 2 and a new scan to see if it clears,i think you may have v2800 on box and channels are mixed up.
Cactikid, as stated earlier, I updated the box about a year ago to v4000. Will v4300 make any differences to the latest glitch? I CAN view ALL channels, just not in the order they used to be in and with no channel names.
