Hello, I am having a problem with scanning for channels. My A780 has been working fine (save for the odd need for a re-scan) for 18 months but last week 90% of the channels stopped working. I noticed the signal quality on all affected channels was 0% and assumed that a reported VM service fault in my area was the cause.
That fault has since been resolved (the VM box is now displaying channels properly) but my Kryptview still had the same issue so I performed a Factory Reset and attempted to scan. However, it doesn't detect any Network ID (locations) - it just keeps saying "Already Exist" 8 times and then completes without finding anything.
I read in another post about going into the menu and deleting the TPs that are listed under NTL so I did so but then NTL disappears from the Network list when I attempt to do a scan!
I am in Oxford (ex-NTL) and am scanning without the splitter, no ethernet and box is up-to-date on firmware. Does this still indicate a problem with my cable connection?
Many thanks for your help.

. It all occured after a week's downtime when my VM box was showing channels but they were continuously freezing/blocky. VM said there was an area fault which has since been resolved but the KV box never came back.
