Kryptview A780 No Channels HELP

Hi Asek,
im in the Lichfield area, I'm having loads of problems box went of when two vm guy came around.
only ever get already exists 8 times then nothing. If you have any info or help can you let me know.

Same here except virmin were dicking around in the street cabinet.
We're not all doing it wrong. There is more to this I think.
My autoscan looks at 6887 ntl which I believe to be correct and what I used a few years back.
Also Litchfield 15 network.
I am sure they are blocking channel scans . Have they moved to 256 modulation whatever it is as the general cable forum says for sd.
I don't know but I would warn anyone in this area not to delete channels hoping to get them back...

ahh litchfield yes they have probably moved the default frequency so box does not pick up info.wish they would hurry up and fix it.

Ok. Put it another way. Ive autoscanned (like others I suspect) all 4 different network providers ids that come up with a factory reset in between and no channels found.
I am ntl - exntl. My email address for last 10years has ended .ntl.com.
The 780s in the Litchfield area are not finding channels (any) on any providers the box is finding in the last month.
I dont know how many more things we can be doing wrong. A lot with this prob seem to have had other boxes or this one running before ?
If it is my mistake or setup been wrong...ill happily hold my hands up. But I dont think it is this.

kryptview are aware of problems in litchfield as there are many with same issue,if you can find someone else in area with working 780,you can do a box to box channel dump.

I have seen reference to this been possible but finding someone wont be easy.

yes ,because if they dont it would spread to other areas and just have the 850 working.
