My kryptview arrived today and I've managed to flash it successfully and everything else, but when it comes to scanning channels I seem to be missing a fair few.

I'm not getting any of the sports channels like Sky Sports 1,2,3 and Sky F1 (the main reason I got the box tbh) and also various other channels. I've tried a factory reset and re-scan but I keep getting the same channels over again. I've updated the software with the latest as well.

I'm with V.Media so I chose 'telewest' as a network and I'm based in north london so chose 'seven kings' as the ID.

Is there anything anyone could suggest to get the sports channels working.

have just recieved my kryptview box.

Need help in gateshead vm all channels off except 1-5 re-scanned network tp list came up 6 already exist tried sw update (already updated) any ideas channels have been off over a week now thanks

do you get a long list of channels when the scan is done?does your network need a reboot.

Hi,

From Leicestershire and started up the box and the TP search is only 8 where before it was 56.

This means that only 12 channels are found and they are all the free view ones. I cant access any other channels like even BBC 1

I am just wondering if this process is still working and will solve the problem I have.
