That's probably because you doing it wrong. The suggestion will be to go to the start of this thread and read carefully then a sure you will be successful. Took some of us few attempt before getting it right. Good luck mate

What a nightmare trying to update the box. Been trying to sort it out since Sunday and still having no joy. 28 hours and still on somewhere about 99%. Went up to bed and left it on all night updating. Got up this morning and still on 99%. Grrrrrrrrrrr. .... Anyone else having problems?

I'm not sure about this issue but it is happening to many ppl although it's best to use the null download way...but I was lucky I downloaded via remote for 3 boxes now and it's pretty good since Friday

I managed to update mine via remote but it says another update is avalible now?

right lads ive got the cables to do this via laptop ive doloaded the file i think used a winzip and saved it to my desktop but dont no were i get the loader file to start work on the box any help so far downloaded a new file got winzip and have the cable next step dont no

when click on tutural for loader oops file missing maybe we have hidden it cant be just me

Thanks mate think I Mabey managed it did a scan all working but a tad glitchy said my download was successful via cable etc ? But it still try's the sw update online instead if saying already updated making me think Ita not worked
