hi m8 my box says already updated so do we need to re flash boxes with the old null cable method

Not done update but it seems to have stopped had Disney on since 6 am only gone off once for a second .

Wont let me do update thru null modem says downloading not requested so i still got glitching

I got my KV connected to my pc right now through a null cable but cant see anything appearing... no windows nothing....how to access these file guys?
