At the back of the TP LINK there should be a reset button. you need to press this to reset, use a safety pin or needle and start again. Plug the TP LINK directly to your pc and configure it and wirelessly connect it to your router first then connect it your box once your router is found on it
Edit: It's worked, but i'm not getting any channels.
I set the TP-LINK to 'Bridge' (point to point).. there was other options (access point, client, repeater, universal repeater, Bridge (point to multi-point), but i don't know if this is correct.
