hi,want to ask a question without getting flamed, I am looking for reliable answers and if u cant or wont answer this post then the ppl in question have a responsability to us ppl who have bought a kryptview a780 over past couple weeks,
!st when we bought them we were told they were the best thing since the cablebox itself, and better still than the starview as it "KEPT GOING DOWN" now my problem is that i have bought 3 of these for my home (cost ?450) unflashed ,and all was well , but as we all know they went down last monday 20th sept. (or thereabouts) and we were all told it was "SERVER MAINTANANCE" and that boxes would be up and running asap, but after couple of days they were still the same , and we were thren told they woud be back up and runnin on monday (yesterday) but still they are down , now we are told they should be up and running by today and still the same ,..
forgive me here as i have to say my piece and feel that ?450 entitles me to .
so if its "SERVER MAINTANANE" then surley the ppl maintaining the server should kow when these boxes will be back on and if not then they should be keeping the ppl who have bought them INFOMED as to what is happpening .or is it more than what is bieng said, have they been sussed by the cable company and if so will there be a fix and when, if there is no answer then these boxes become no better than the starview and there price should be no deerer as they are no more reliable than starview
but either way i feel that all the "DEALERS" who are making money from ppl lke me should not be cutting and running but be here to aswer the questions that are sought and not just take money and hide behind the woodwork untill they are fixed again (and all come back out selling saying i told u so),after all when ppl were on here looking for boxes there were pm,s flying all over the place as to let ppl know where to buy them but now they are not working properly then there are no pm,s flying bout to answer questions ,.,.................
as said at start of post this is not a post to cause trouble but to get out into the open as to what exactly is happenng to these boxes and to let ppl know as and when they are going to work again ,.or have we all done our money and the dealers are of on holidays
OR DO WE ALL JUST BIN THEM AND GO AND SUBSCRIBE TO VIRMIN
so come on all you kryptview guys now u have the money , whats happening with the product ,
ps i have now lost espn too..
what will be gone tomorrow ,.,.wheres the crystal balls ??????
