i was told if the channels are off and u have latest software then when channels come back they will return without factory resset/scan ., box on standby will pick channels up also thats just espn he got back 1 channel wat about the rest ?

dont know only know that they are getting a reputation for not bieng reliable and expensive at that

Sports and some of the kids chanels have been down for a day or so, did a software update about 2 hours ago then a rescan and got everything but adult

espn gone in brum aswell
reset factory setting
rescaned and still the same
also the same on 7 of my pals boxes

but bet u have not got chn. 424 or some music ond som living ect. so espn was not lost through server down trbles as its been around on and off throught

you would think they would have anticipated this ,and if this is the problem why wont someone from the KV team come forward and anounce exactly what the problem is and when it will be fixed if it is going to be ,
after all its been nearly 2 weeeks (8days) when we all had the old card and boxes system, they never took 2 weeks to get a fix ,we had to wait for a fix ,yes, but not usually as long as two weeks ,.,. and they were never as deer to buy

yeah your right adrift, never had no adult, half the music, but never had eden but that has just come back on, but to tell you the truth not bothered, but espn and sly sports is another thing

i have all channels up and running now...

we were told when problems started that it was "server maintanence" and all will be resolved soon...

buying any sort of pirate box carries risks...
if you aren't prepaired to except this then i suggest you get you boxes from here
to be fair some channels were down for longer than expected, but look on the brightside...
the main channels (sly sports, movies etc) were for the most part operational....
we are all trying to get something for nuthin here....

considering the fact that we are paying a fraction of the full sub..
some "problems" are to be expected....
i'm just happy with what i have got...
