scrabled or no video

I have just set my box up ,download went fine,but now on all my channels it say scrambled or no video,can some one tell me whjat this means please,thanks

have you connected to internet, and after flash restore to factory settings this does not remove the flash then rescan with correct area. that should do the trick

i have my eternet connected,and done everthing you say im still gettin same message,scrambled or no video

what signal levels you get on the epg ? am lead to belive these boxes need round 70

yea they are in the 70's,would it still scan and find the channels like it does, if my signal was to low?

probs find some but not all , you dnt need a basic tv sub no

i find all the channels on the search,its just when i go to watch them i get that message.All the fta channels or workin fine,just dont understand it.

go into menu check for updates in settings or reflash carnt think wot else to try mate
