very strange...

if it said "update already done", that means your reaching server.

try doing that again.
if you get the "update already done" message, then put your box onto sly sports 1 for 5 mins, then change to sly sports 2.

it should work......

where did you get the loader and bin file to flash ?

The download said it was a success and i got loader and bin file of the tutorial at top of page ,i have used the latest firmware which is also at top of page,thanks

My router must be fine because its connecting to internet.I can get traffic and weather news up on the extra features menu,wow this is peckin head bigtime.

can you check what firmware is on box to make sure it is for correct model,and lan is inserted and box and router are rebooted.

firware is 09/09/10,ethernet is plugged in and i have rebooted,no success,my router is a bt home hub,do you think that could be the problem?thanks

you could try flashing your box with this bin file.
its an older firmware.
you could flash box, set it back up, then do the s/w update.
this time the box should update online.
if the update workss ok, then your internet is fine...

thinking maybe wrong id,i would factory reset,remove lan and scan again,when channels loaded insert lan and reboot box and lan.
