in belfast mines was working @ 730AM-TILL 8ISH, i then went out and retuened at 9.30 and it was off

11am back on

are all the channels working on the sv 7 or just a couple,i have loaded the new software and only getting a few channels..thanks

downloaded put onto stick, followed your instructions, it did the search, no channels, from then on could'nt get to exit fom the menu screen, had to go back to usb screen and put the carling 104 back on, it was the only way i could get out of the menu, and get the box to go back to what it was before it went down in jan, what did i do wrong =, would be greatful fo any advice, gave me a wee fright that did

not all channels are working only a select few they will all come back on gradually

i had same prob,install s/w,scan,factory reset,go to itv 1,press 1819 which enables connection.this is how i got mine working..hope this helps
