how to work it

Once putting the software onto the sv7. Do I do a scan and the channels will start working.

i had same prob,install s/w,scan,factory reset,go to itv 1,press 1819 which enables connection.this is how i got mine working..hope this helps

done as you said, its stuck on channel manager, cant get off, even pressing the exit button, and when i turn box off then back on its still stuck on channel manager

Still not working

Hi I have followed the instructions and done the 1819 thing and gone to ustream but it doesn't work still. On the channels, at the bottom it still says "not connected". Please help, thanks

SV7 SETUP ETC

It is stuck on channel manager because you have done a factory reset and then reflashed the box with the new firmware and no channels are stored...Just go to AUTO SEARCH and rescan putting your default settings in 6952 for EX C/W etc....Once you have scanned it will save channels....once your on the channels etc....Just enter 1819 on the keypad...it comes up as a channel number on the left hand side....it should say ACTIVE then go to one of the channels that are active SKYSPORTS 1 etc....then Just wait ....it shouldsay connected after a while.....Other channels will be added over the next few weeks etc................HOPE THIS HELPS!

how come the picture is not very good its dark on some things and like football the pitch is not green. i did think it was my tv so put it on another still the same

can people read the first post?? flash box then factory reset to delete channels,then rescan without lan connected,input the code after channels are loaded,insert lan and reboot box modem and router.

What do i do now? I tried opening it on my Laptop but it tells me that "I Don't have the required Programme to open"

Do i put it on the USB Stick, then put it into the back of my SV7 and install?

Hey everyone. Don't know if this will work as i cant find my USB stick atm.

I made a file on "Astro File Manager" on my HTC Desire and put the File in there. When i connect my HTC Desire to my SV7, i got into the "Menu" and then "USB" and there is a blank blue line which is my HTC Desire. (When i remove my Desire the blue line goes) and at the bottom of the page it says "0/0" Will my Desire work? am i doing something wrong? Or do i just need a proper USB?

easier to use a laptop or a desktop comp and downloading the file to ur desktop and then unzipping it with winrar or 7zip and moving the ups file to usb and following intructions on here easy once you have the factory reset and flash the box input the secret code and u shud be viewing what we are seeing for now till more channels come on hope this helps
