not all channels, most channels are up

1819 on a pay channel after a firmware update and scan for channels... then leave it on a pay channel tod ecode, each time you touch it before its decoded itll reset the clock so to speak so 1819 on a pay channel then go make a cuppa, if it still doesnt descramble then check your connections and esp the net connection for faults.
