your box is a clone then,you have not got much to lose if you flash it will die at some stage,depends when n3 comes to you as that will make your box go down anyway.

Can anyone help me? Ive got a starview 4 with v1.12 and have lost all channels. Ive done factory reset, rescan (NTL) etc but nothing. It finds the channels but just shows blank screen.

have you done menu1570 keycode enable and exit out,if you see waiting for code update you are probably on nagra3.=no fix.

Yep, i'd forgotten to turn keycode on. Thanks a lot.

Good evening all,
I again have another fault with my super box 3, I have lost all movie channels, and some others, but have ss1,2,3 etc. have most of the channels but when tune into the program it says bad or scrambled channel.
I have kept scanning and with emu on and still to no avail this keps happening.
Any ideas?

As of the 17/08/'09 looks like N*L areas of Ireland have started to shift over to Nagra 3 and this firmware does not clear N3 channels.

lady..... please let usknow what area you are in... and check this site for all things about nagravision3, which is a new form of encryption brought out by vermin in the last 9 months that is/will not be uncrackable... hope you didnt spend more than a tenner for your box. but if you are not in a nag3 area YET, check menu, 1570, keycode on, default, exit to slyspts channel

my starview box is scanning every channel more than twice need help

In Bootle, Liverpool. Hardly any channels this morning. Re-scanned and the channels were jumbled so re-booted and haven't got one channel to work. Not even 'free to air'.

Looks like this is it.

Update to V1.12 but this will only extend your time for a little while longer.

Not been playing around with cable since moving to different area but got a box to look at for mate who said the pay channels dissapeared a couple of weeks ago.
Anyway took it over to brothers house who has cable and couldn't get any channels tried scanning few times but found nothing plus signal is showing zero.
Anybody give me bit of help please?
