No idea what I'm doing here but

I've never seen so many 'thankyous' for 1 post!!
I'm completely new on this Digital Kaos site .
I only stumbled in, after doing a google search to find out what the latest update was for my Super USB which has lost A LOT of channels since Virgin issued me with a wee red Card to replace the one in the slot in the front of their box.
Does this count as a post and can I now download the update I'm looking for?

First timer so please be gentle, can anyone help me sv4 lost some channels midweek, done all restores but not getting any further. reading some of the forum I'm not alone anyone with any help please.

in preston area, downloaded 1.12 onto usb and gone to update but screen just froze... any ideas mate?

Not working Help Plz

Hi Satsmo,
Have downloaded the v1.12 and did install in my box super. I can only view the free view channels and cant see any other channels like Sky Sports and all the movie channels. I was able to see them all but recently I think my service provider Virgin made some changes and I've lost all the channels.

Can you please tell me if I have to do anything to get this problem sorted. I am missing cricket world T20 and your help would be life saver.

try menu1570 and enable keycode after a fresh scan after you did a factory reset.

starview 5 box

hi there i have a starview 5 box and have had it about 6 months with no problems and i was losing channels so i rescanned it and now im getting no channels. i know they are cutting out all of the boxes with n3 but my sister and dads box still work and we all live under the one roof if anyone could help me it would be very much appreciated ps i have what i think to be the latest firmware on it 2.03 thanks

factory reset 0000 to delete and auto scan your provider,then menu1570 keycode enable and exit.

All channels went a few days ago apart from Free view channels update to V1.12 and everything is back.Just to say Many thanks for this Download.
