Hi am from the belfast area and my starview box recently lost its channels can anyone help me out

Hi i am in glasgow and have sv the box super usb and i lost quite afew channel any solution for this. i flash with latest firmware v1.12 still no luck any help?????

updated friends box to 1.12 finding channels (although it has changed from ntl to chorus to do so). able to see fta but not pay tv. we havent switched over to nag3 as yet (havent recieved new cards) and yes , emu key is on. what is going on ?

I had the exact same problem mate, im also in the belfast area...this is what i done. i done a factory reset, then updated versions, v1.07 to v1.12, put keycode back on using menu 1570 and scanned using chorus and all channels worked a treat. we haven't been hit with nag3 yet as you say so thats not the issue.

hi, thanks for reply but done it exactly the same way but no good. channels are there but screen is black. does taking out the usb while on make a real difference as its the only thing i can think i done wrong ?

when dealing with any starview usb receiver " DO NOT " unplug the usb key while the box is on.
it may resdult in a dead box which will need a jtag.

do you get 8882 or something similar on front of box? if so you have goosed the box by taking usb stick out when on....

no everything seems normal , just no picture on pay for channels. i will try flashing again later from scratch. why has it changed from ntl scan to chorus ? same on my digivox box . v#rgin headf#cking with us ??

im having problems with setting up my box, im downloading the software but there is no code in code backup and im not getting all the channels

You do not need code in the back up screen. More impotantly did you check to see if you are in a Nagra 3 area as your box will not work if you are.

im in middlesbrough have lost all channels from the box super usb. I have reset and reinstalled and set key but to no luck, have got v1.12 installed worked excellent from february till now. any help appreciated.
