i have never had any trouble with my box..
come in from work straight to the discoverie channels
UNTILL TODAY..
showing not connected..
time to try 2.2.1

can anyone confirm that all boxes which had the old software on and were working yesterday are all saying not connected today so the server wont let you connect from now on unless you have the new software on your box.

mine was working fine last night checked it this morning all off done the update all good again cheers so yes update is a must

go to my computer and you will see external hard drive,right click on that and scroll down to format and click on that and away you go.

Both boxes of mine have been updated with this software and it does fix the not connected issue. However none of the remaining scrambled channels have been de-scrambled, although it has to be said all of the channels we had got before still remain and have not been lost...

you are indeed correct the boxes went off last night at about 9.55. both mine went down but the software upgrade brings them back to life

alot of people getting not registered message, including me.

i read on another forum earlier, kiddy will be trying for a fix this afternoon, for those boxes that are not connecting/box not registered....so wait till this afternoon i suppose. :-)
