The kiddy and co had nothing to do with original importers and servers, they got busted. So can't blame them for charging really, why should they give something for nothing. Just pay 6 months or move onto something else. This games a gamble, and some lost this time, end of day, no big deal, worst things going on.

nope..never said that satsmo, i meant including all other forums as a whole. kiddy/SV not made any sort of appearance on any forums in the last 2/3 days.....and even if he did people would spread the news.

to be honest the 25 quids for 6 month is not bad (assuming they get some sort of service going), alot of people have tried to buy the 6 month sub via paypal but the sv account is not there, thats the frustration for alot of people.

Here we are again a thread that started on topic and ends up back where all the others have.

The Starview section is becoming almost a mirror image of it's current product.

We will not allow this section continue along this route. Those that are here on a daily basis in each thread raising their concerns know who they are. There is one or two threads left open, (just about), for that specific reason.

In future if anyone highjacks a thread they will have their posts deleted, continually doing so will result in an infraction, after that a ban may ensue.

It's not a good state of affairs to have to resort to this but no one seems to listen to our constant reminders.

When or if the guys that are looking after the SV going forward decide to get their act together and provide a better service we may look at providing a section purely based on what the forum is about, helping eachother.

just biding my time and enjoying something i am getting for nothing..some people pay ?30 or ?40 a month for what i and other are receiving thanks to the kiddy and who-ever else..

Someone's been filling you with fibs Alex, although some info is correct but that has seemed to be the case with cable CS in the UK since it's inception.

Forums once were a place of some information, (understandable that some info is best kept off them also), but mis-information can be almost as bad.

You need to search the forums mate, we're already aware of the application. Anyway, I'm sure SV will be back on their feet soon. We need to be a little more patient, that's all. We should be glad they're coming back and offering something, they could've left us in the dark but they didn't.
