Meant to ask when scanning wot provider should i use, im with vm but the box on the wall says telewest im in the north east of england.

My provider is virgin media but should i use cause its a telewest box thats on the wall., ntl, ? same with codes i.e. pure ntl (5401) or tw (5a 01)
