Starview 5 Setup in simple terms?

New here and just got a SV5 delivered. Hoping it's as easy as you guys say once I download the little old file, and that I don't get any random problems.

Hi guys, I have just had a usb II starview 5 box.... whats the situation with set up to get all the cable channels?
I have tried automatically tuning the box in, but only brought up 4or 5 channels

hi im new to this and have jus recieved a starview 5 box II. i have tried to press 1570 to bring up a secret menu etc but i havent downloaded firmware as yet.do i need that first?

Hi m8, you will need to download firmware to box before the secret menu is available. You can find firmware here>Digital Kaos - Downloads - Starview
Oh and you have to wait about 15 minutes for the server to update your details before you can download.

Thanks for all the info, i were considering getting a Starview box but thought id read up on it first. So i could find out if its difficult to setup. And from what iv read so far it doesnt seem too difficult. Thanks again.

This box is a pussy cat to set up If you read the tut first before starting its in the downloads section
