Starview 5 Setup in simple terms?

Apologies DD and thanks alot for your time,

I went and got my old TV down and it works fine, flew through the tut in no time, so it looks like the problem is with my new 42inch plasma :-(

Dont suppose you have a fix for scart problems on TV's?????

Only what i have suggested m8 use phono leads or another scart socket if your tv has one anyway is the box working ok now ?

You know how it has to be on 'All Channels' to turn straight from say a sports channel to a movie channel. It seems to not want to stay on 'all channels' just keeps going to the section of the channel im watching and i keep having to hit ok then put it back to all channels. Not a major concern, im sure i'll get it sorted.

Thanks all your time and help anyway, glad you mentioned the 8882 appears normally on boot or i may have given up early and returned my boxes.

Just reading today about nagra 3, seems it was a bad move buying these boxes now i think, but im in the north of Ireland and dont think we are on the list i looked at...... yet.

Fingers crossed i get a few months anyway to even cover my investment.

Go back to the downloads section and download the tut follow that and all will be fine

Hi people sorry to be so silly. But i have tried to make sense and do my box by infomation from other threads but cant make sense of all the jargon (not very good with things like this). Can anyone help with a step by step guide on how to set the box up? I would be gratefull i have this file TheboxSuperUSB2_v2.03.20090923.BIN if anyone could help i would be very gratefull
