Starview not connecting to net - Help requested

Hi all I have a HD Starview Combo for a few weeks which worked fine until yesterday. Now all the non-FTA channels are scrambled I have tried a factory reset and used the two latest versions for the Carling F/W but no now avail. I believe my problem is I am not connected to the net. When I get into the Network menu and choose Ustream it just hangs on Connecting. I use a router with bridge connectors but no joy. I also moved my Cable modem and went straight into the box but same result My ISP Is VM. I am thinking maybe they have blocked assess to the server? Would be grateful if anyone has any ideas? Like I said it worked fine up until yesterday and still get all the FTA Channels both on cable and satellite Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Is that the same with all ISPs or just with VM. will there be an alternative or is this the very end if Starview.

can you tell me what you running your box on as i have guinness on mine and it will not flash with groove rider no matter what i do i fails at 20% im sure guinness was not uk server.

i real probs trying to conect to c s on cable

i have not had this box up and running since i got it, please advise me

i lost my mac address when i put the ip config on auto this is what iv done.
i used hd 2oo downloader to put my box as it would be set up from new.
i flashed the box with groove rider then with the guiness file.
i conected the box to internet went in to network put in my mac address from inside the box looking in the vent.
went from auto network to manual and all my ip ect went in the ip system.
then i did a scan for channels all channels found so far so good.
then went in to network cs net changed to ustream the register.
after that all i got was connecting and nothing else.
all my downloads are off this site so must be ok. i also put on the carling firmware and it also just said connecting and never connected.
am i missing some new firmware that i dont know about since the uk svr has been moved and back up and running?
im in the uk so i dont see what im doing wrong.

iv put the guiness file back on my box

my details say guinness + ver f5.11 ldr vre 00.21 ver 01.20 may 24th 2010

please help as this box was not cheap and id like to get some use out of it.
