the box super loss of channels

Exorcist2401 hi again :-)

Righty did what you advised, however, went to all channels, pressed green and it came up with a catagory box, couldnt type anything anywhere...i did search for all channels begining with I for ITV, which Im missing and none of the ITV1's work but get ITV2,3 and 4

Im finding this all very fascinating, thanks for all your helps peeps

hi there

why dont you do a manual scan and that will bring back the channel which your missing. secondly can you confirm which firmware you have on the box? This might sound like a hassle but I would re flash the box and it should solve the issue.

Yep thats what i did on my SV5 m8 do a reset then scan then 1570 turn it on goto a SS channel and all should be fine

factory reset erases channel list ,rescan again and emu or keycode
to on.handy to read the first post on to get the general idea.

why reflash the box when it was a factory reset they did?.no need.

if you know the freqency numbers of the channels that you are missing then u can enter it manually and it find it.

you can obtain the freq number if you know anyone that lives near u and has a starview box or someone in the forum could post it.

When u done a factory reset and re scanned the channels... did you scan it on a direct feed? I.e no splitters attached

and Also when you entered the CAS menu and switched on the key Emu... did you click on set default key?

To those posting about lost channels no one has mentioned the network option so i will :-)

Go to any pay channel thats working I.E. one with a $ sign on it, whilst on it, press MENU, then INSTALLATION, MANUAL SCAN go down to Network Scan and ENABLE it then press OK to scan the channel..

everytime i loose channels this never fails me.

hi all, have been having same probs with sv4 super usb allday. have just sorted and got ALL channels back.I was using old firmware 1.07 have now flashed with 1.12 version then factory reset, emu on, retune etc etc and to my amazement and joy all is back and working even sly sp 1.I did delete fx which for some reason was preventing me from using sly sp 1. Hope this helps anyone still struggling. It def worked for me....
