Lost channels on The Box Super USB

morning from brighton

morning all.....right i have been reading through the messages and see that the new nag 3 is nealry upon us down here in brighton.....
i have the the box super and up until this morning all was good......had a few missing channels but nothing serious....
then turned over and all gone....
my question is is if this isdown to the new nag3 will that stop me from seeing bbc1 2 itv and so on as i can get those and a few other freebies like cbeebies (kids will be happy anyway)
I would have thought that if goen off ALL channels will be gone.
I have done the usual reboot , scan on TW which finds around 300 channels and then 1570 to turn emu on and then ext but still nothing !!!!
Is there any help or has the box gone......
Sad sad day if so but well had the moneys worth.....

have you done a factory restore??
have you or neighbours got new cards??
dont think you can get more than 5 or 6 channels when nag3 hits but not 100% on that..fairly sure a f/view box for c?20 would be better..

hi, am in birmingham right now. have the box super usb. have lost all channels apart from 1 to 5 and good food??
have tried all of the above but nothing seems to work. can download epg and have all channels on?? just b;lack screen ?? please can someone advise

You will get all channels back but you need to make sure you do a factory restore then your normal set up, scan etc remember to put keycode on, I am in brum aswell all went down at approx 12.30 am they will come back ......... for now!!!

thanks, have done the 0000's and then come out. put in 1570 and set the keycode to on. still i get a black screen?? i dont think ive been changed as i've no new cards come out and nag 3 hasnt got to me yet??? could it be my firmware or something else???

Press menu > system info & tell us what firmware is installed.

when i update on good food i come out by pressing menu it says its u[pdtaeding and gives me the gf channel
when i try on sky sports it wont update??? when i go back into good food it says upodating again???

my firmware (it didnt put it on mind)

I'm sure you will need to install V1.12, available in the download section, don't forget to power off box before inserting/removing the usb

download v1.12, 1.07 doesn't work. Its what I had to do today. Get it from the downloads section, and update the firmware, then do the usuals rescan etc and you will be back up and running in no time.

thanks chaps, could you just explain to me what to do as i didnt put the firmware on there originally?? im a bit of a novice, i have a usb i just dont know what to do to update stuff

Yep there nearly gone

Yep in Brighton we have lost 99% of channels so far with nag 3 started with Movies over weekend but left me still with s*y sports now only channels 1-5 but nice touch that the only ofther ones i can get are cartoon network 2 and boomerang so still get to see my top cat ...

Goddbye Starview 3 super got 3 good years out of you...
