Lost channels on The Box Super USB

hi i have the box super usb a few weeks ago all my channels went off did the re-scan 1570 thing got most of the channels back apart from all sky sports i have the s/w version 1.07 does it need updating or is there anything else i can do????

You need to read through this thread. There is a software update to 1.12 which sorts it all out

Easy to install just lob itm on a usb stick plug it into your box press menu load usb run the file and it will sort itself for you

Don't forget to turn your box off before putting in/taking out the usb stick. Best to download the tutorial if this is your 1st time.

ive done factory reset and auto rescan and got most channels back but some are missing eg sky sports 1, sky sports news and others. why and how can i get them back?

factory reset and auto scan from direct feed =no splitters and have the latest firmware on box.

yes it will ,20 mins from first post server has to update first.

Ok i have the box super usb, all channels went off a couple of months ago, followed instructions regarding default factory settings code 0000, but it wont seem to let me put in 1570 code. As for emu and cas etc i cant see them in the menu anywhere, so where do i go from here? any ideas thanks

why have you not asked sooner? what firmware is on? on sv4 its keycode not emu.. and probably more relevent... where are you and have you heard of nag3?????????????

hi boomer, sorry me a bit of a techno phobe and never thought of asking on here , not sure what firmware is on or even what version, we are in redcar(teesside), and only just starting to hear about nag3, guess i need to be hand held through resetting box....thanks
