starview 5 secret menu question

Hi,all I cant access the secret menu ,do I have to update firmware from new ,in order to access this ? im using 1570 after pressing menu after tuning

you should be able to get to menu, but load 2.03 as its more stable, and it may get you into menu.

its new and cant update ,or I cant return it ,I think its faulty as ive not had this problem

why cant you load software, doubt anyone will accept returns with nag 3 coming soon, not sure what you are saying, can you make yourself clear.

not 100% but i think 2.06 is fta software. so you will not get to do 1570. you need to load 2.03 on your box...

go to menu and press 1570 a box will appear turn keycode to on exit then scan chanels
