How to Manually update keys on Starview

i have downloaded keymaster its a page full of numbers and letters
how do i read the keys sorry im thick

If you are in cable wireless area use the cw keys....telewest use tw and ntl use pure ok?

Mine (SV4) was working fine last night. Failed again today, latest codes aren't working. Birmingham area.

thanks for the help it worked not for long but i reset with new codes again see how long it lasts this time. even a novice like me can manage ehh!

Can anyone one, help I have tried to change my key to Telewest as I am in Yorkshire, but it keeps reverting to NTL and I click ok for it to store but it wont. Im new to the starview box any help would be grealt appreciated

Mine did that last night, even though I'm in a TW area the providor code on the box was for NTL. I left the providor code alone and input the TW codes and it worked last night. Today however is a different story. Just try all the codes and see what works.

im having the same problem... im now mixing up codes and providers to see if i can get a picture... nothing yet...

keys worked this mornnig for a couple of mins then off again... keymaster updated the ex c&w codes earlier but they're not working at all for me

My box keeps reverting to NTL so I changed the code on that to Telwests but still wont work, if you get it to work before I do let me know how you did it if I do I will let you know thanks
