    think u right with the wye, and it is monsal trial but where is the place, couldnt remember the river before

    I'm surprised it doesn't take a bigger card.

    A 1gb card will be ok if your going shoot in jpeg only, but if you shoot in Raw or jpeg/Raw then you could struggle with space, especially on special occassions like holidays where your constantly snapping.
    Those Raw file sizes are massive.

    Ive got that Canon 450d with 2 x 4gb cards which are plenty big enough, and I shoot in Raw/jpeg.

    That is all.
    What is a holiday? Nothing in my manual about that.

    Someone said it is better to carry aroung a few small cards than lose all your data on one.
