in response to all these i may have a consolation in trials i tried numerous pairs of shorts to see which were best all apart from one cut into my legs and give really bad rubbing and pain (lots of sudocrem needed) and this was over distances of less that 4 mile


the consolation part is the only decent pair i can run in is a pair of utd shorts which silly me wore for decorating a flat yesterday and the are now ~~~~ed and absolutely covered in paint

so you may have your wish cos im pinning my hopes on a boil wash if not im gonna be in lots of pain or painted shorts
