there's more swearing in here than on a hippity hoppity album
is it not possible to disagree without the language and insults?
and, jumbe, you're arguing in vain.
it's not as if the judge heard the phrase 'child ~~~~' and threw him straight into a cell.
every scrap of evidence would have been gone over to the smallest detail before a verdict was reached.
Just because you're not privy to all the information, it doesn't mean there's something amiss.
guilty is as guilty does no matter who it is or whatever the circumstances.
and as for the fella who bought a knackered laptop from a fayre that turned out to be full of indecent images.
he may have been imprisoned unfairly if the story is as he says it was but it could be akin to a child having just broken a window saying "it was like that when i got here"
the fact is that the police would have fully investigated the case and the prosecution would have pored over the details.
the guilty verdict would have been reached because he had no evidence to support his case and because the judge believed he was guilty.
whatever yours or anyone elses feelings are about the case are regardless of the fact that he was found guilty and sent to prison.
he has the right to appeal if he wants to.
at best, the story acts as a cautionary tale to daft fuds to not buy things like laptops from 'some bloke'.
no receipt, no proof, no guarantee, no comeback
now **** off
