Verbal abuse doesn't justify a physical assault.

Like I said before, if I boot someone in the balls because he was getting cocky to an old lady, the fact that I was doing it for a good cause does not negate the fact that I committed a crime.

It won't be the 1st time a ticket collector has had to put up with abuse,it's his job.
The 'Big Man' should not have got involved and he certainly shouldn't have assaulted the lad.

Maca its called customer service sometimes you just have to put up with it. Taxi drivers and bus drivers get it in the neck all the time especially on night shift. The conducter never heard anything he never heard before. In some jobs you need to be thick skinned.

Personally speaking i think the big man should stick his nose elsewhere, i mean after all he didnt even check the ticket for himself to see if the conducter was right or not. These matters are best left to the police.
