I think he want seeing eye to eye with Dalglish hence the finger gesture towards him after he set the goal up v Arsenal.. Nevertheless hes gone and its Kennys way or the highway.

Different managers different views on players.

          THE TRUTH
          The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

he,s a cracking player if kenny can control him and keep him fit,on his day capable of unlocking any defence. weather his best days are behind him remains to be seen.we all know why he was moved on and rightly so at the time.kenny's given him a second chance let's see if he takes it....sorry guys if this post is misleading my comments are about the bellamy signing!

@pillapow n @wongers the middle finger gesture was actually at Lucas because Frimpong stuck the middle finger at him n Meireles was joking about it so he stuck it up at hm aswell. Go look back at it if you don't beleive me.

It had nothing to do with Kenny, he hadn't fallen out with anyone, it was about his contract, getting more first team action. At the end of the day Meireles wasn't Kennys buy he was Roy's n he will play Adam Hendo n Downing aswell as Gerrard more so Meireles wouldn't have been happy.

At Chavski hes got a new start with his old manager plus Chavski play more games coz of CL so he will get games and paid more, but yes i do feel let down handing in his transfer in the last hour it was always on the cards but he should have done it a day or 2 earlier, oh well were moving on up

Dont know what ******* your on about mate, Fact is nobodys going to know about it unless Mereiles gives his side of the story which he is obviously not telling just yet.....

I still think the finger was directed towards Kenny for playing Adam, Hendo etc before Mereiles - Cue Mereiles exit.

Who gives a shoite anyway its Kennys way or the highway.

@pillapow well obviously you care or you wouldn't keep mentioning it, and no it wasn't directed at Kenny if youd cared to watch the game properly like i said it was Frimpong who fingered Lucas and Meireles rubbed it in. If he had directed it to Kenny we all would have known by now and Kenny wouldn't have let him go last minute would have been alot sooner

it's well known Mereiles finger was for Frimpong..

Mereiles has now come out and told his side.. Who can blame him, he didn't feature as a regular for KD, only a back up.. AVB is his old boss and the Chav's paid good money for him, he'll be behind Mata and the other regular midfielders..

It's official Liverpool FC has been transformed to a 70's "chuck it forward" team. It's not a bad thing and it don't mean we can win. It will be winning ugly. The only two players that have any creatively will be Gerrard and Suarez but when they are on the pitch together their won't be a defense in the premiership that will stop them.

                              Are you for real?

Adam and Downing are terrorising defences at the moment, why would Gerrard be put straight back into the first team?, why break up a winning combination?

Gerrard is hoping to be back for the spurs game on the 18th. If he's match fit, then he will play a part in it.
